 我公司成立于1994年，是专门生产各种牌号灰铸铁、球墨铸铁的铸造公司.
执行标准：灰铸铁ISO-DP185-83；球墨铸铁ISO1083-87。
我公司现配备有：（1）树脂砂线一条（5吨/小时）可生产2吨以下的各类机械铸件。（2）煤粉砂造型线一条，可生产1-30kg的成批铸件。（3）熔炼有3吨冲天炉及1吨中频电炉。（4）有机械加工车间，可根据客户要求对产品加工组装。（5）有协助客户设计、开发、研制的技术能力。
公司拥有固定资产700万、现有员工120人，技术人员10人，占地面积10000平方米，年生产能力8000-12000吨。
公司拥有先进的生产设备和完善的检验手段，智能型炉前快速检测仪，对产品能进行18种化学成分的分析。硬度、金相等理化试验及对有承压、水压试验的产品进行检测。

produce 2 tons of all kinds of under mechanical castings .
2)Coal flour sand model one line, can produce the casting group by group of 1-30kg . (3)Smelt 3
tons of towering stoves and intermediate frequency of a ton electric stove .
(4)There are machining workshops , can be processed and assemble the products according to customer's enquiry.
(5)Help the technological ability which the customer designs , develops , develops.
Our company's fixed asset is 7 million RMB ,It has 120 staffs. The cover area is 10000 Square meter,The annual production capacity is 8000-12000 Tons.
 We have advanced production equipment and perfect testing measures, and fast intelligent detector in front of the stove, We can design and produce all kinds of gray casting iron, nodular casting iron and wax-lost castings according to the customer's requirements. 18 kinds of chemical composition of the castings can be tested.We can also made the test of hardness,metallographical examination and bearing-pressuse and water-pressure.
